Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Whether you’re sending a card down the road or across the globe, we’ve got you covered. All orders are sent from our UK studio. UK orders are posted via Royal Mail, while international orders are sent using a tracked courier service for peace of mind.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and usually arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

International orders are sent via a tracked service and typically take 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods or due to customs delays outside our control.r here

How do I track my order?

If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey via the courier’s website.

Please note that UK orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class are not tracked as standard. If you’ve chosen a tracked or express shipping upgrade at checkout, tracking will be provided.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We want you to love your order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on personalised or custom-made products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

To start a return, just send us a message with your order number and reason for return, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 working days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued. Please note that it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Can I exchange for a different item?

As most of our products are personalised or made to order, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges. However, if you’ve changed your mind and your order hasn’t gone into production yet, please get in touch as soon as possible, we’ll always do our best to help!

If your item arrives damaged or there’s been a mistake with your order, we’ll happily replace it. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

We totally understand that things can change! If you need to tweak your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your item has been printed or dispatched, we won't be able to make changes, but if we can, we absolutely will.

Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping?

Our cards are perfect for gifting and can be sent directly to the recipient. If you’d like to include a printed message inside, simply choose the “Printed Message” option at checkout. While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, every order is beautifully packaged with care.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, we love bringing your ideas to life! If you have something specific in mind, whether it’s a unique illustration, wording, or layout, just pop us a message. We’ll let you know if it’s possible and chat through the options together.

Do you offer digital downloads?

Yes! Many of our designs are available as digital files, perfect if you’re short on time or outside the UK. Just choose the digital option when available, and we’ll email your personalised file ready for you to print at home or send digitally.
